Vet was nice, however the Vet Tech was not. I said no to one out of the eight shots that she lined up with no discussion before hand. She treated me as someone who was a neglectful and horrible pet owner for the remainder of the appointment, which I did not appreciate since I am the complete opposite and my pets mean everything to me.

Love the vets and techs here, and the quality of care that my dog receives. Prices are reasonable and they really do care about your animals. However, one of the women who works the front desk is kind of rude. Whenever I call to make an appointment, I cringe when she picks up the phone because I know that I am in for a stressful phone call. I don't know if she hates her job, or hates people, or what. But there's always something to be said about pleasant customer service from all staff that you encounter in a facility.



I have yet to try the kennel and the groomer, but I'll try to call and make my appointments when that one lady isn't working, I guess.
