I've been going to Lim Fongs for 20 some years now and have never been disappointed by the food or the service. The owner is one of the hardest working people I've had the pleasure to observe. I go with the standards, shrimp fried rice, egg rolls, grandfather's chicken (General Tso's). How do you pronounce that?

I started going there about a month after they opened the place. I was 16 at the time. I shortly turned my parents onto the place. That's now 40 years later. I prefer my cuisine authentic. They will prepaid it any way you like it. I'll order the General's Chicken, "The way you eat it." It is a lot hotter than the way the general public can tolerate. I am coming back to the area after 12 years. My first day back, I will be there for lunch.

This chinese place has the best general tso chicken, the egg rolls are to die for. The staff is so courteous and nice. The prices are great. I recommened this place to everyone.
