I had a Goodman A/C unit that had a compressor go bad. Contacted Harris because they are a Goodman dealer. Jimmy the Manager had an appointment set up and they replaced the compressor. Charged me for labor and coolant. Understandable! After his techs left they had stepped all over my copper lines going into the unit and broke the solders that had been there for 8 years. Nevertheless the unit pumped out all of the coolant. When another tech came out he soldered the joint that they broke and recharged the unit. The tech also detected a leak at the compressor. ( I was also charged for this tech to fix their mistake) While he was detecting the leak he also found that the last tech did a horrible job on that solder and said he would fix it. He sure did! he added solder and really "gobbed" it up. Now it is a year later and my a/c has completely leaked down again and they will not cover it at all! They will come out and charge me to fix their mistake again. Worse than that it took Jimmy the manager over a week to respond and I had to hound them to get a response. Please do not do service with theses people!!! I can promise you will get charged for all of their mistakes and will not have a quality finished product and be left with a non working a/c. I am in worse shape than if they would have never touched it. STAY AWAY!!!!!!
