Mrs. Cole, While I was not chiding you for complaining about a bad haircut, I was simply asking you to reconsider tarnishing mine and my business's reputation online before you gave me the chance to settle this matter privately. All of your concerns are valid, and I would have been more than happy to help you, even though you waited a full two weeks before bringing any of this to my attention. I'm here to help, but I can only help you if you let me help you. It is very hurtful that you would so willingly say such things about me, after I have been nothing but kind, courteous and accommodating to you. You missed two appointments in a row, one which you never gave me the courtesy of a phone call to let me know you weren't coming, and yet I still found the kindness in my heart to get you in before Christmas (Dec. 23rd), which was no easy feat. Very erratic, despite written instructions. Cut my dog's foot, didn't mention it. Saw it only when we got home - bloodstains, limped for days. Very exexpensive at $50/per. Just awful.

i used to go to another groomer, but since coming here on a friend's reccommendation, i will never go anywhere else again! the place is clean, inviting, and so warm and friendly, i almost wish i was getting groomed there!

I take all 3 of my dogs there every couple of months. The facility is clean, the people are friendly, the price is reasonable, and they cut them exactly how I asked. All my babies leave there happy while wagging their tales feeling refreshed. :)

Very friendly staff, clean, and my dog loves it too. She literally runs in to the place each time we go! They are quick and go a great job.

I recomend Bark Avenue to all my friends with dogs and cats! The place is always so clean, they'll gladly show you around so you will be comfortable leaving your pet with them. My dog Angel looks forward to her day with the ladies at Bark Avenue. They are resonably priced and do a great job!

After trying other local grooming shops I've found a winner! My dog always looks great and is done in a timley manner. The staff are so sweet and helpfull.
