Schneider's Cleaners & Tailor was founded by the current owners grandparents, Matthew & Emma Schneider. Their old world vision of quality, exceptional attention to detail and specialized services has been preserved for over 55 years. Matthew & Emma Schneider began their vision originally as a tailor shop. They later added the dry cleaning and shirt laundry services. Matt ( Jr ), like his father, was also an accomplished tailor. Matt Jr. and his wife, Betsy, continued his parents vision. Matt & Betsy's son, Ray, joined the business working along side his parents. Ray took great interest in learning the dry cleaning and spotting aspect of the business. Matt and Betsy retired, handing over the reins to the third generation. Although retired, you may still find them dropping in for an occasional visit. It was only natural that Ray and his wife, Ramona, take over the family business. Ray drawing on more than twenty years dry cleaning experience, and Ramona, an experienced seamstress, they have made an excellent team. Ray and Ramona have dedicated their business to providing outstanding care for fine garments along with the highest level of customer service.
