My appointment was scheduled between 9 and 11am. I was told someone would contact me in the morning to confirm and give me an exact time. Not only did they actually call, they said they would arrive within thirty minutes...AND THEY DID!!! Reasonable rates and very efficient. Highly recommend this company.

Great job and service clearing our drain today! Very professional and affordable.

Had a back-up from our floor drain that was making it impossible to do laundry. We were very leery about calling RooterRooter after our last long and very expensive experience with them. Was referred to S.O.S by another plumbing service. BEST call I have ever made. What took RR close to 3 hours took Randy no more then 20 minutes to do. Not only did Randy have the job done he was a very great guy!! Never waste your time or money calling anyone else. Just call S.O.S. and get the job done RIGHT!!

I am a VERY careful shopper, and I did my homework before inviting a provider to help with a drain hiccup and backing up issue. S.O.S. folks were very friendly over the phone and accomodated a same-day service call without an "emergency price"...the most economical of the 3 services I called (1/2 the price of the RotoRooter brand service ...they must price their services figuring people don't have time or inclination to to their homework). I will call S.O.S. again in the future. Randy did a great job, was very efficient and cleaned up the work site after.

*First called Roto-Rooter (big mistake) - they wouldn't give a quote over the phone & when the guy came he quoted $199 to clear my slow-draining bathtub. Sent him away. *Called SOS. She had someone call back right away and he quoted $149 to come on that day (Sat) and $105 if on Mon. *Scheduled him for Mon at 7:00 (much better than the 2-hr window which is what RR did)*Like that he was considerate enough to ask if I wanted him to remove his boots before coming in*He was friendly, professional, efficient (was done by 8:00)*I will definitely use these guys again and recommend them to others*No game playing--just great service at a fair price*Thanks to the other reviewers. The person who put in the price is what got me to call them.

Had emergency today involving dangerous fumes coming from a non-functioning toilet - fumes from bleach that I poured in this morning on top of another chemical I used yesterday. Jeff said they'd be here within 2 hrs. (at a price I could afford) and best of all he gave me excellent advice on the phone (pour baking soda in the toilet to neutralize the fumes/acid from the bleach) - and it worked! Now I can -literally- breathe easy until they arrive to get the toilet working.

I had a really serious blockage somewhere down the line. Brad took 40 minutes and 50 feet of power snaking to make my world better. And all for 105.00 (awesome price) and a great job.

These guys were beyond professional and responsive. I would 100% recommend them for routine or emergency plumbing.
