Early Childhood provides services related to discipline, child development and parenting issues. It provides the Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE), which is a parent-child program for families with children ages birth to kindergarten. The center is governed by Westonka Public Schools, which serves more than 2,200 students in kindergarten through grade 12 and works with a team of over 160 staff members. The district additionally manages Hilltop Primary School, Mound Westonka High School, Shirley Hills Primary School and Grandview Middle School. Early Childhood is located in Mound, Minn.
