the roof monkey rips off the state of washington and the people how live there. Starts with does not pay for all the insurerance that is required of him so this means that he under bids other roofing companys. Takes that money and put it in hisd pocket, I have been on many of his roofs because there are more leaks that i had to fix. any one wants to hire them should go to the bbs. to find out more, I know most of his wrokers and they always say they have a hard time getting there pay on pay days. This may not be a big deal to thr owner of the house but from a workers point this is big. more to come at a later time.

I was really impressed with the fast service that Roof Monkey provided replacing our roof. He called us the night before saying he can pencil us in the next day. We had a brand new roof off and back on in less than 24 hrs.and the clean up was spotless. He also gave us a terrific price that we were able to get the whole roof replaced instead of half. The roof monkey recently did my roof and did a outstanding job. From start to finish they were friendly and professional. I would recommend the roof monkey to anyone who is in need of a roof. The customer service in itself was great. I was impressed at how fast they got it done. On the same day that I called they came out measured my roof, the next I received my bid, and on the 3rd day they were out putting on my roof that upheld the high winds we had here in grant county. i call around for a new roof. this derik sterling guy shows up says everything is fine, comes in 1000 dollars less than everyone else. a week after they say theyll be there they show up argue with my wife, start tearing off the roof and by the time i get home my roof is completely torn off and he calls me to tell me the tear off took longer than expected, and now i owe him another 1600 dollars more than his original bid. i get there the next morning after they show up to put the roof on and notice theyre not putting on the tar paper layer that goes under the shingles. i mention it to derik and he tells me it doesnt need it...this guy tells me my roof isnt in a windy area, turns out my entire roof was never covered with tar paper. and then tells me i can take him to small claims court....this company does not deserve to be in business, i wonder if this derik sterling has ever even done a roof his entire life.
