been trying for almost a year to get these guys back out to our house to repair a bad seam now it has released by our bathroom door! bad install job!!! bad customer service going to court house now ! small claims!!!!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!! All we wanted was our house re-carpeted. do I explain? First: Carpet ordered took 1 month 3 weeks longer than they said. They kept giving us the run-around. Mind you, we already tore the old carpet out to subfloor. So now were living on subfloor. Second: pricing kept changing Third: Finally!! carpet intalled............lets just say, we call our house Seam City. Horrible installation!! tried and tried to get the installers to come back and fix. They ignored all calls. Fourth: Tried talking with owner and staff of Cost Less to get resolved, but said its out of their hands, its the contractors problem. NEVER AGAIN!! do not buy from these flakes!!
