Normally I cant say enough good things about this place. However they have one rotten young woman whom seems to work on thursday nights. I usually avoid going if she.is working. I just called to ask a basic question about a prescription and she responded in the most smug, highschool bully sounding tone as if she hates her life and her job. She is insulting, nasty and has no understanding of what makes that business successful - customer service. Loc should get rid of her, im sure she has cost him tons.of business.

I don't know what the line 'worst generic they can find 'means. A generic is a generic. There are no good or bad. I have been to Rio's on several occasions and was waited on promptly and professionally.

Horrible pharmacy. They use the worst generic medication they can find. Customer service and courtesy is non existent. Avoid.

I use to use a big chain pharmacy near by but I was on my way and I was in traffic right at Rios so I pulled in. I went in and handed the prescription over and sat down. I got on my phone and what seemed like a minute my name was called. I never had my medication filled that fast. I continued to go back and they are fast. I read the above post, there has to be a mix up. There are several Rx;s in that area. I've been going about 5 years now and can tell you people standing around chatting, never happened. The staff sees you come in and take your prescription as soon as u walk up to desk.

I was very disappointed with t...

I was very disappointed with the pharmacy when there were 4 employees working behind the pharmacy desk and I had to wait 20 min just to drop off a prescription. The staff was talking to a man about patio furniture and other personal things while i just stood there being ignored. This business is conveniently located and has that personal mom and pop setting but seriously the pharmacy staff is unprofessional and don't really seem to care that they are dealing with people's medicine. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone unless they have no life and enjoy hanging out waiting forever at a pharmacy.
