Aaron and Natalia are very knowledgeable, very helpful and provide excellent customer service. If you have any questions or need some special parts, this is the place to go. I've dealt with them for over twenty years and I plan to do so for many more to come. Thank you again for always taking good care of me !!!!!

I used to go to Home Depot and Menards for my plumbing needs. Yet, I found that the employees lacked excessive knowledge pertaining to parts. When my plumber recommend that I give North Shore Faucets a try, I drcided to take his advice.

The young lady that work there is semi-knowledable. If she does not know she is not afraid to research it to find an answer. Usually, her recommendations are on the spot.

The older guy is simply a plumbing guru. He knows his parts, knows where to get hard to find items, and will spend all the time you need to help you out and walk you through your plumbing problem

In my several trips there, I noticed three irritating things. They always pick up the phone when it rings. Rather than telling the peoplen they will call them back, they proceed to talk to the people on the phone. This makes the waiting time extremely long as the conversations are never under the minute.

The other issue issue, it takes much longer then alloted time to get the part you need if not in stock. They never call to let you know if they can't meet the deadline.

The other issue is that they need to hire more people. Since they take the time to walk you through your problem the wait time could be over 30 minutes.
