I agree with others that the clinic is expensive. It may be possible that other neurologists will make the same recommendations as the DIC without the expensive brain scans. But I really appreciated seeing the scans. The treatment recommended by Doctor has been very effective.

I went to the DIC in a crunch about a month ago due to some asthmatic symptoms and will surely be back. I have been to many doctors and clinics to deal with this concern and I have never felt more comfortable. The staff was friendly and relevant, the clinic was clean and soothing, and they told me what to do as I left and how to take action moving forward. Thank you ladies! I'll see you soon. Fast professional service and very attentive to my needs and concerned for my medical needs

This DIC is very clean and professional. I have never seen more than 1 or 2 other person in the waiting room. I have to say that everyone is so polite and kind, and make sure you are checked in and have everything in order before you see the doctor or PA. They have TVs, a fireplace, exposed brick and a water cooler for your convenience, so it is nice and secure environment to wait in the waiting room. I appreciate the details honestly because I was kind of panic-stricken when I came in. The doc was great.

We both had a super pleasant, relatively quick but not rushed and informative visit with Doctors. The receptionist was also very friendly and pleasant. We have absolutely no complaints. We will both be back. Great walk-in, very quick, great physicians. I've been there three times, and our experience was very positive.

I felt like they really knew me.

Brought our family members in for brain scan assessments. Making a big savings for the well being and health of our family members, our relationships and to our future generations. Learning a great deal about our family behaviors based on the evaluations. There is no miracle pill but real information and specific recommendations to guide each of us to a healthier life. I believe that the services that are offered at DIC will become the standard for medical practices in the future. and thank you so much.

Before me, I e-mailed the DIC because I had several questions about their services. And went in for an injury around 3pm on a Tuesday afternoon. Only took 1 minute to register and I was immediately able to see a Doctor. She was super polite, professional, and approachable and kind provided great customer service. Good customer service is hard to come by these days. So I would definitely recommend this place if you were sick and wanted some quick professional medical help.

I am a nurse so I am very harsh with customer service. This clinic definitely met and exceeded my expectations as a nurse and a customer. Every employee that I encountered was attentive & courteous, introducing themselves. Never once did I feel I was being "herded" through. My wait time was even less than what was quoted! That never happens. These are the kind of people that make me once again proud to be in the medical field helping people .They made me smile even though I was exhausted. Very clean and professional. Good experience .

Glad to have a nice option like this in DIC.Clean & newly renovated facility- always a plus. Hardly any wait - huge plus. Front desk girl was very friendly, nurse practitioner was in and out, she was not overly friendly but still polite. I will be back if needed.That i was suffering from a nasty case of dehydration. I had a very short wait and the staff and professionals here are kind, attentive, courteous, and knowledgeable. They promptly treated me and did so with warmth. The facility is also very modern and clean, which lends itself to a very comfortable experience. Should I need urgent care again, I would gladly come back here. Highly recommended.

Great in most hospitals checking out is something highly anticipated. The usual feeling is Thank God. With huge infrastructure with multispecialty facility under single roof.
I had a totally different feeling at DIC. I did not really want to leave!! I had my own room, friendly and professional nurse care. All the staff was friendly and competent.
I left well rested, with a good positive attitude and ready to heal. My wife was very happy and did not worry about my care when she was not there.
It is a true healing environment.

They took care of my wife and mother in law yesterday and they were awesome. Both of them had strep throat and the staff new exactly what to do to help them. I am so thankful for this clinic and the amazing people that work there!

Like this place a lot! Appointments can feel a little rushed, but that's more due to volume than the doctors themselves. Doctors came highly recommended by someone I trust and I really like her - she never talks down to you or invalidates how you're feeling.
I've had great results with DIC. So nice to have all of my health and wellness needs consolidated in one place!

Amazing Staff, quick efficient service.
Upon arrival I walked to the Docotrs Immediate care desk, the staff was lovely and quick took my details and asked me to take a seat. I waited less than half an hour before being seen to by a nurse they were friendly and very helpful. The whole overall service I received was quick, efficient and very helpful.

I have been treated multiple times at Doctors immediate care, the staff and Doctors are amazing.
They have saved my life 2 times now.
The Doctors and staff at Doctors immediate care were able to correctly diagnose me with a DVT and PE.
All Doctors at the clinic take time to actually know their patients. The nurses are kind and its incredible that it's a one stop shop, as you can get your meds from the pharmacy as well. Thanks to them I am alive today

I was at Doctors immediate care for day surgery. I can only compliment all the people that I dealt with, they were all very helpful friendly and calming. I can only say thank you and we'll done, the treatment I received was fantastic. The staffs were run off their feet and still had a smile on their faces. Thank u a lot!

I cannot rate this hospital highly enough. From first consultation to repair complete I have found the staff absolutely first class. It was impeccably clean and highly efficient. My treatment was successfully and gently completed. I feel fortunate as a DIC patient to have been referred there. Thank you Doctors Immediate Care Clinic !

I was treated with dignity and compassion by everyone I encountered. I was seen on time - something I have never experienced in DIC OP. Dept! Despite being the last patient on that day's list, and the consultant due in theater at 18:30, examination and procedure were explained thoroughly and I never felt 'rushed along' X-ray dept. was rather busy, which resulted in a 40 mins waiting time, for which received several apologies. My treatment was successfully and gently completed. I feel fortunate as a DIC patient to have been referred there. Thank you Doctors Immediate Care!

Everything you come to expect from Doctors Immediate Care, nice clean room, good en-suite no complaints at all, Very central, easy access from public transports. The treatment was punctual, efficient and painless. Good results, attentive and polite staff. All went on well; therefore I definitely recommend this clinic.

I must say the staff and treatment I received at Doctors immediate care was absolutely fantastic, from the cleaner’s right up to the brilliant consultant who was brave enough to tackle my knees (I was born with a condition & had numerous operations on my legs). I would truly recommend Doctors immediate care to everyone, the care and aftercare you get is first class, from first class staff, Thank you!

Having read some of the reviews I can only comment that I have always found reception and clinical staff polite and helpful, and I have been registered with the clinic for many years. I feel clinical staff listen to me and consistently provide support and where appropriate onward referral. A professional practice.
