I don’t know if this is the best school but I can see my boy and other new kids changing day by day. The instructors pay more attention to the new kids until they are comfortable in the class. They keep the kids busy while waiting their turns to do the kicks.

My boys joined Taekowndo in Morton Grove back in September 2012. I was extremely picky about the school that I picked because our first experience with Taekwondo near where we used to live was not a great experience. I went in and talked with Master Roger who was wonderful and had such a positive attitude. I had my boys try out a class to see how they felt and how they liked it. THEY LOVED IT!!! Master Roger and Instructor Yook were so positive, had such a high energy and were so involved with the children's best interest. I also watched how the other children in the class reacted to both Master Roger and Instructor Yook as that would tell a lot on how they are with the children. All the children in the class have so much fun, wanted to learn and want to be the best they can be which says a tremendous amount for their instructors. In the first 2 weeks I had an issue with both of my sons' at school and being a single mom it was so nice to have Master Roger to help with the situations and know that I can truly turn to him for help with my boys, he wasn't just their instructor, he is a genuine person who truly wants to help. He actually gave me guidance on how to handle the situation and spoke with both of my boys regarding the issues.



In the past 7 months my boys have attended the class I have seen such an improvement in their attitude, confidence and self worth. My oldest son didn't have a whole lot of self worth with all of the issues he has and now he feels he can do a whole lot more than before and feels so much better about himself due to the help of Chang's Martial Arts. They learn so many different ways to handle different situations and build self esteem. The focus of Chang's is truly the children and what is best for them. It's so nice to find a Taekwondo school that really is out for the best interest of not only the students but the family as well. I'm so glad we joined Chang's, it was definitely one of the best decisions I have made for my boys.

My son loves this school. I attended his brown belt promotion test last August, and was very impressed with all the instructors there.

This is a great taekwondo school. They work with ages, but are great with kids!
