I had a terrible expereince with this company , don't buy here , u purchased hair on August 7 and it was the natural curl , that looks like mixed hair so it's naturally curly . I washed it for first time on the 22 th and with a mild shampoo and it was so tangled and matted I had to brush it so much In order to get it right and lost so much hair . And when it dried the next day if u touch the bottom hair just comes out like crazy and then it gets matted again . I've lost a lot of hair . The manager was greAt about it but the owner only wanted to give me 25 percent off new hair . Now u that ain't right I world have to buy more hair then pay someone one to put it . in . They will act line u did some to the hair , or didn't wash it right I been wearing virigin hair for years and know how to care for it , the quality was no 5a or 6a . If it was a bad bundle then just do the right thing and say thAt or unless u know ur selling bad hair sometimes . I paid 180 for two bundles now I got to get this crap out my head. Do the right thing next time , but listen don't buy from them unless they change their policies , and this I the first time I've ever got bad hair , and it's my first time buying from some one new , never again. The lady's there felt bad for me cause it was terrible . Don't let them tell u I did some wrong to it either Lies!!!!!! For this hair to look right I would have to wear my hair wet all the time which is crazy , You should be able to wash your hair , come on especially on the first time . Go to yelp to see my pics .
