Horrible service!!! From the moment we arrived the woman that was stationed at the front desk was rude like we were bothering her that we chose to eat at this establishment, we decided to stay because the food looked fresh and the environment was very clean. The waitress we had was friendly and attentive. The quality of the food was that it was fresh however not authentic Chinese food as one would expect. Upon receipt of the bill there were 2 discrepancies, one being the price of the beverage even though upon ordering them the waitress told is they were one price when they were something totally different. The other discrepancy was the price for a child's buffet, 2 of our children qualified for free but yet we were charged for them. In black and white writing it states the age limit of a free child's buffet price and the rude lady that was in charge of taking payment had the audacity of raising her voice with me. Hands down we will NEVER visit this restaurant again. As new comers to this area we will be seeking a more friendly establishment.

I am a new comer to this area and decided to try out Lucky Buffet due to the clean atmosphere and fresh looking food that was on their buffet. From entering the place the lady stationed at the front desk was very rude to a member of my party. The waitress that we were assigned was very friendly and attentive. The food however it was fresh yet not authentic Chinese at all. Upon receipt of our bill we had a couple discrepancies, one being the pricing of our beverages. Upon ordering our beverages our waitress gave us the price of them and when we received our bill the Price was totally different. The rude woman who works at the front desk was very argumentative about this issue and unwilling to correct the waitresses mistake. The other discrepancy we had was regarding the price of a child's buffet. Two of our children qualified for a free buffet however we were charge for both of them. In black and white writing on their menu it states their regulations for free children's buffet to which our children qualified for, unfortunately the woman at the front desk was argumentative about this issue as well. Needless to say we will never visit this establishment again. We will search for a more friendly atmosphere somewheres else and recommend others to not visit this establishment.

This is by far the worst lunch buffet ever. Everything looked so nice but the food was cold and stale. Clearly not made fresh today! I hope they get a lesson in food safety and handling. Hot food needs to be kept hot. "Nasty"
