My family recently lost a loved one and had the unfortunate experience of working with J Allen Hooper Funeral Chapel. They do not return calls and e-mails to answer even the most simple of questions. My grandmother looked terrible at the viewing - she was very dark and the makeup was literally cracking off of her hands. The person who we worked with could not have been more insincere. On top of everything else, they charged about $3,000 more than other places. I would avoid using this provider if at all possible!
