Imagine living your life without the pain. Imagine restoring the range of motion you used to have. Imagine repairing a sports injury and getting back in the game. The surgeons of Cautilli Orthopaedics don't just imagine these results. They have made them a reality for thousands of patients across the Delaware Valley. The practice is comprised of three brothers: Richard A. Cautilli, Jr., M.D.; George P. Cautilli, M.D.; David A. Cautilli, M.D.; and their father Richard A. Cautilli, Sr., M.D. Recognized nationally, as top surgeons, the physicians of Cautilli Orthopaedics are renowned as board-certified specialists who have achieved the highest levels of training at the country?s premier orthopaedic surgery institutions. And like so many of their patients, the Cautilli surgeons love the Delaware Valley and have chosen to work here in Bucks County, PA. Their office is conveniently located in Yardley and they perform surgeries at nearby St. Mary Medical Center. Dr. George Cautilli is the Medical Director of the Center for Joint Replacement at St. Mary, which is the first program in the entire state of Pennsylvania to receive a gold seal of approval from the Joint Commission. With a suburban location and a different outlook on the practice of medicine, Cautilli surgeons spend time talking with patients, answering questions, providing one-to-one care, and respecting the time schedules that patients have in their own busy lives. If you are looking for a surgical practice that offers the finest, most advanced care in an atmosphere that is removed from the stresses of large impersonal institutions, speak with the surgeons at Cautilli Orthopaedics and begin to really live again.

Comprehensive Care Each of our four surgeons are specialists in specific areas and together they provide comprehensive surgical capabilities for their patients, including: * Joint Replacement * Sports Medicine * Hand Surgery * Arthroscopic Surgery * Fracture Care Dr. Richard A. Cautilli, Jr., Dr. George P. Cautilli, Dr. David A. Cautilli, and Dr. Richard A. Cautilli, Sr., are all Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeons and Fellows of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons. The surgeons all completed fellowship training, which is an extra year of training with experts using new procedures and techniques within a sub-specialty area of orthopedics. This is in addition to their four years of general medical education, one year of general surgery, and four years of orthopedic training. The practice has a very consistent approach to medical care. Conservative management using non-surgical forms of treatment such as rest, medication, injection or physical therapy as well as education and prevention are appropriate first responses. However, when pain continues, motion is compromised or injury occurs, surgery is often the appropriate response to provide relief or restore function. The surgeons of Cautilli Orthopedics are trained to perform all necessary orthopedic surgical procedures and manage pre- and post-operative care, as well. The surgeons have published numerous articles in peer reviewed journals and regularly participate in continuing education
