I went to get my daughters ears pierced and I was very happy. The receptionist was very nice, not overly friendly but nice. We were able to have the numbing medicine put on her ears to help some with the pain. The doctor was terrific. She came in and could tell right away my daughter was nervous. She explained what the marker was and why she was making dots on her ears. She gave my daughter a mirror to see where the dots were and then started to chat with her while she pierced the first ear. My daughter was very surprised, the doctor joked, oh sorry did you want me to count. Then I chatted and she did the other one. Everything was clean! The piercings came in a box that had 2 desposible piercing guns. No sharing here! I would recommend going here over going to a mall and having a child pierce my child. Thank you!

Every time we go there, the assistants are very friendly and both of the physicians take their time trying to figure out what is wrong with my children. I LOVE the fact that I can take my kids there after work and not have to take them to an adult urgent care. We have only had to wait one time in the waiting room (for about 20 minutes) when they were busy. Great place to go after hours!

I took my son tonight (a Friday night) at 8:30. Everything else was closed except the ER, and I can't imagine the wait on a Friday night. They were super friendly and fast. He needed stitches and they were great a dealing with a scared six year old.

Have been here a number of times and very satisfied. Thumbs up !!

I love this place, very caring and helpful doctors, very efficient office and pleasant to work with.

When my kid was sick the doctor prescribed me a medicine as well, and told me on what to do if my other child that was home and younger catches the sickness or starts showing any symptoms. Isn't that going above and beyond?

Dr. Gallentine is great and so are the flexible hours here. Very friendly and professional environment. I've taken both of my children here at various times for an injury or illness when the pediatrician's office was closed, and have always had a positive experience.

Always able to get an appointment & it's the only urgent care my pediatrician refers. We always come here for sick visits & flu shots. Love Dr. Gallentine & Dr. Durden.

My kids always went here for our urgent care needs. We used Pediatric express for the kids flu shots and athletic exams for school. The office is immaculate and my kids loved the doctors.

Fabulous service! We are from out of town and I had to take my daughter in for problems with her asthma while we were here. Fast, friendly and very competent. Would go here again!

I have taken my son with autism to this location many times. It is difficult to figure out what is wrong with him because he can not talk. The staff is always helpful and understanding. We have never had to wait more than a few minutes. Kind, professional, and always helpful. They are awesome!!!!!

We've been relying on this place for years. Great hours (i.e., when working people can actually get there) and great care. Both doctors are wonderful. We see them more than our regular pediatrician. Over the years my kids have had pneumonia, skin issues, ear infections, and regular cold/flu viruses all treated here. I've always felt that they prescribed the correct medications (if at all) and felt that we got very thorough care. I do not know what we would do without this place! If we were moving homes, I would have serious reservations about moving too far from them!

The staff at this office are wonderful! Quick, convenient, and a very knowledgeable doctor. I hope we don't need urgent care again but if we do we will definitely take our child back to this office.
