After sale service is horrible. They say they will call you back with the status of your hot tub order but never do. They act like they have no idea when you'll get your hot tub even though you paid for it in full the day you ordered it. After 8 weeks still no hot tub and they could care less about us. Would not recommend to anyone.

I just wanted to let people know who are looking to buy a new pool, that this is the place!! All the employees here are great, very friendly, and knowledgeable about the products they sale. There isn't a question that they can't help you with. Plus they help you with the set up of your new pool, such as what products you will need to get you up and started. The install guys did a great job as well, I would referrer them to anyone. but I'll have to say go see Wesley, Ethan and Sara at the Morristown location you won't leave there disappointed, cause they are the greatest!! and on top of being treated so well, I Love My New Pool!! These guys did wonderful work, they are professional to the core, and had my install done within 2 days of me telling them I wanted it done. I probably called 5 places and these guys said that if I found anyone that would do it cheaper than them then they would beat their price! Needless to say, but they were the cheapest in the end anyway. Great guys, great service I would give them 10 stars if I could. Highly recommended!!!!
