This is the best Toyota dealership in the Tri-State area. From the very friendly, professional and very attractive receptionist; Linda, who set me up with one of the most knowledgeable Sales reps, Vinnie, to the equally friendly title rep Lynda. This is by far the best experience I have had a shopping for a new car and will go there for my next vehicle, as well!

This was the absolute worst ex...

This was the absolute worst experience ever. Not only is the entire service department so disorganized, but they didn't listen to my problem (they have new people who don't have the first clue of what they are doing), they tried to sell me a bill of goods (very pricey bill including things verified elsewhere i didn't need), and they never fixed my problem. Nevermind the fact that they never even bothered to call when my car was done! I'd stay far away! The only good people that seem to be there, always leave and no matter how much you want to switch teams to deal with someone more honest, it's nearly impossible. The sleezy service manager is barely ever there and I wouldn't trust him either! The woman I dealt with the last time of the yellow team was falling asleep at her desk and so rude! I just gave it another try, but never again! Strike 2!!!!
