So I had a fiberglass swimming pool that was not installed the right way and started to pop out of the ground. As I am not a pool professional, I did not know (until now!) that it required a valve to release the hydrostatic pressure from trapped ground water. When my pool started to lift out of the ground, I knew I had problems. I called Nuri at his pool company Kurt Custom Pools and he came over and explained everything. He also informed me that I should not have pavers around my pool, but cantilevered concrete instead. Nuri and his team fixed everything! They re-leveled my pool, handled the ground water issue and installed beautiful new concrete. I am so happy and massively relieved that I found someone that knew what he was doing and actually cared about doing the job right the first time. Just had Kurt Custom Pool again this year. They came and removed the safety cover (that they installed) and the water was still clear right off the bat! Awesome service as usual!
