To all the people reading the reviews to then help with your decision making, Let me start off by saying disregard them. These guys are running a great service to help people in emergencies and distress. As in any other aspect of life, You treat them with respect and they will treat you with respect. On another note they are very good at what they do. We needed a Key FOB Programmed for a 2016 Nissan for which they had the capability of doing ( which most places in Morgantown, Fairmont, or Clarksburg. These men were able to drive down to us after we had exhausted every option before having to get it towed to the dealership which would have been astronomical in price. For them to come down to fairmont and program it and cut the key to the doors was half the price the dealership would've charged. They know what they're doing and they're great at it. If you need a FOB programmed and or any other services I 100% recommend the men at G Force Lock & Safe on 1534 Mileground Rd. Morgantown, WV

The young man who unlocked my car would get a 5 star rating. The man on the phone would get a 1 star rating.

On a Saturday at approximately 1300 hours, while cleaning the interior of my Volvo S40, I inadvertently locked the doors prior to exiting the driver's side of the vehicle (I was transiting to the passenger side to continue cleaning). Of course, I was unable to gain access thereafter.

I subsequently contacted G-Force and reached the owner, 'Mike'. Mike arrived at my location 12 minutes later, and within 2 minutes, gained access into my vehicle.

He initially quoted me $150 minimum charge, but dropped the price to $100 after he gained access.

Prior to writing this, I read some of the other reviews and would like to comment regarding them; Mike's personality is very matter-of-fact / black & white / zero sense of humor, so he might appear to come across as being rude, but that is not the case. He is a very genuine and capable individual.

So rude and unprofessional. Nobody behave as rude as the owner of the shop. I really do not know how to explain his behavior. Please do not take your bussiness there.

Most unprofessional business I've ever encountered. When I told the owner that I was skeptical about texting my drivers license to the phone number he immediately got angry and defensive. Told him I'd keep looking for another locksmith. Next day when I call back he's raised the price. Again was extremely rude when I told him I knew he was ripping me off and asked if I was going to use his service or not. When I told him no and gave him my reason, because he was a curse word that rhymes with ducker, he was more than willing to come out because he wanted to fight me. I told him he was a sad man and a loser to not only rip people off but then to try and settle it by fighting and hung up on him. Would never recommend and should be out of business.

I had lost my car keys and had no spare after calling several places finally called and went with G-Force. They were super helpful and very friendly I have an older car that is a pain to me and a longer project than they intended. Even being a weekend and taking so much of their time they were still super friendly and understanding! Would recommend them to anyone.

Nobody could get me in my safe, but these guys did. They are very professional. Perfect! Thanks a lot G Force!

Hands down, do not call anyone else. Their logo says it all, They really are the "Best in the business". I was locked out of my house at 2 oclock in the morning and they didn't hesitate to come out, very polite and quickly got me in. Thanks GForce

Locked my keys in my car at midnight, googled the closest locksmith and got g-force. Wasnt 15 minutes and someone was working on my car, within 5 he was in!! Thanks alot!!!!

I was looking for a safe, and looked up safes on YP.com. G-force came up so i called them. The man over the phone said that they had a show room full of safes located at their store on the Mileground. I went to the location and and they had a huge selection of safes to choose from! The people in the shop were very informative, polite (to a woman) and really know what they are talking about! I purchased an under the bed safe that day. G-Force delivered and installed it the next day! Thank you G-Force for your great service. I will recommend them to anyone in need of a Locksmith service.

Absent minded me... Locked myself out of my townhouse... Fortunately I had my phone with me... After tapping the YP app on my phone & typing in LOCKSMITHS, GForce Lock pops up...made the call & got a real person on the phone, who was very polite I might add, he said someone would be right out & literally a locksmith was... WOW! I'm talking 15-20 minutes...& I was back in my house..VERY COOL! Thank you & if ever I need a locksmith again... It's you guys all the way.

I must say I have never had anyone be as rude to me as these people were. They are very unprofessional and disrespectful. If u like to feel as if your business (and money) is being appreciated call another locksmith!
