We have been very satisfied with this business. It is so convenient having it in our hometown not having to drive a long ways to take our beef or pork to be cut up. They cut it to our specifications. The staff friendly and knowledgeable and always accommodating. We recommend you give them a try! They also make great sandwiches.

We recently had a beef butchered. We have done this every year for 10+ years. This year was the first, and last time, we used Binghams. My father picked up his meat before us and warned me that their cut weight seemed to be off. I made them weigh mine when we picked it up. We lost over 45% of the hung weight! Not sure where it all went. Based on our cuts and previous experience we should have been closer to 35-37% loss at most. I wonder if part of my beef ended up in their freezers for retail sale.
