There are very few gyms out there that can give a friendly encouraging atmosphere while kicking your behind in shape. I've been going to crossfit now for 6 months and I've gone from 137lb- 155lb and every single one of my maxes has gone up. Because of Brethren, cross fit is my sport now. I go to the gym and compete against some of the top athletes in the world and I've never been in better shape. Once you go brethren you never go back!
