The job was to take our 5 trees and remove all roots as well as clean up the yard. All for $1500. Ok deal not a bad price for the amount of work especially when roots were a concern. I came back the yard looked good the trees were down and from the surface looked like the roots were gone. I paid them cash and all was well, he even told me to call if I had any concerns. 4 days later I noticed that in the front yard there were a ton of roots. Like they didnt even try. I tried calling Ray Pinedo so that we could handle this professionally. He wont return my calls, ignores them, and on the off chance I do get a hold of him he lies and tells me he will be there at 8AM only to never show up. I will not and would never recommend them to any of my friends, family or use them for any of my rental properties. Very unsatisfied customer.
