In January of 2018 we notified the Licensing Dept. of CA Social Services regarding numerous areas of concerns after abruptly removing our son due to his health and safety being in jeopardy at Princeton. Licensing concluded their investigation and proved Princeton was at fault. Princeton was sited a Personal Rights violation after feeding our son listed known allergies and failing/refusing to report to licensing as they are required to do, on TWO occasions. We were also made aware that licensing sited Princeton for being out of ratio (not enough teachers to safely staff and supervise a room of children) and for allowing teachers to supervise children that did not have criminal clearance checks completed, as required by law. The school has refused to communicate with us or provide any explanation. They charged us an additional months tuition in what I can only assume was a retaliatory measure. We are still working to get that money back. They also have refused to release our son's records to us. My suggestion to any parent is to observe closely. Go to a school that values and promotes your child's safety and health, above all else. To say that we feel violated in our trust is a vast understatement.

I absolutely love the princeton montessori school. not only because of the wonderful teachers i trust with my 5 yr old son. Ive been through my share of daycares and regular school systems with my son in different counties and states and this one happens to be by far the best on yet. Teachers are always very welcoming and loving. My son wants to go to school. Not to mention the convience of having my son close to me while im attending the Moorpark community college. We always recieve monthly letters with whats to come. Activities, birthdays, guests that come in to visit the children. Wonderful Wonderful experience and recommend to all of my fellow classmates who happen to be single mothers like myself and need someone they can trust. Very organized company, everything is always in order, always have welcoming music, smells nice and the security cameras and locks on the doors has been an awesome improvement to the facility.

Princeton Ave Montessori is a boutique school with beautiful grounds and great setup for children. If you like small school feel and close community, this is the right school for you. My son has been here since 2.5 years old (coming 3 years this spring). They make it a fun learning environment for my child. We had very positive experience with the teachers, especially in Early Childhood program where all teachers are Montessori certified with many years' experience in teaching and early childhood development. I am especially impressed with parent teacher communications both with his teachers as well as administrative staff and leadership team. What I like is I can send an email and walk into the office and I know they take feedback very seriously and implement changes quickly.

I m constantly impressed and amazed at what my daughter is learning at Princeton Ave Montessori. From knowing the names of all the continents at age 3 to sharing her knowledge about biomes and fundamental rock types, I m thrilled at the enthusiasm she has for learning. Princeton Ave Montessori has helped instill a love of learning in my daughter that will stay with her along whatever path she chooses in life. My daughter was in a great Montessori in New Jersey and we looked long and hard when we moved to California before deciding to invest in Princeton Ave Montessori. The results over the last six months (she is now in Pre K at Princeton Ave Montessori) have been spectacular. I am happy to give them 5 stars, and would also be happy to discuss our Princeton Ave Montessori experience with parents looking at investing in a Montessori education.

I consider Princeton Ave Montessori as an extension to our family. The quality of teachers, learning and loving environment that they provide to my daughter and son has exceeded my expectations. Not only are they both so happy at Princeton Ave Montessori, but I am happy knowing that my children are in a school that creates an atmosphere where they are eager to learn and grow. The outdoor environments are unique and introduce an 'extension' to the classrooms. I am astonished at the things my kids say and know about each day as a result of their experiences at Princeton Ave Montessori.
