The ambiance of the establishment is set in the prohibition era. It is inviting and romantic all at the same time.
The food is presented well with a variety of types to choose from. I personally like there sausage lasagna. The longstanding menu could be updated a bit although I have not had a bad meal there.
I have enjoyed my visit there and will again return.

Best italian food within 250 miles. A great atmosphere as you enter and the lighting is perfect for you and your special one to enjoy a wonderful dinner. They have red and white sauce meals and their fried mushrooms are the best. The italian sausage sandwich for lunch is a great deal. My favorite place to eat.

Really enjoy the food served by the Speak Easy. They have never disappointed me. The servers are always kind and fast. The setting is sorta of dark and underlit but has a SpeakEasy feel and the food is always fantastic.

Great experience here. Decor and ambiance matches what the name says. Prices were reasonable with big portions. I got one of the combination platters and it's too much for one meal. Took the rest back to my hotel room to eat later.

We had the Dinner for Two. Which included seafood fettuccini (very good), tortellini (very good), spaghetti and meatballs (good), chicken parmesan (very good). Definitely enough for two. The service was excellent and atmosphere good.

They have a great happy hour, and it's a place were you can visit, not to noisy. If you want a meal I would recommend the Italian lasagna, it's great

The beer was fresh and the pheasant burger was great. The sweet potato fries are a nice side too.

Used to go to Speak Easy when we lived in Fargo. That was about 30 years ago and this past July 2015 we were in town for a wedding and had the grooms supper there. It was excellent! The food was delicious and service great!

Very good real Italian food. Homemade Italian sausage in Italian sausage lasagna is just awesome. Deep fried eggplant is great.

Our favorite destination in town! We enjoy the atmosphere, delicious food and attentive service. It's always a wonderful time when we visit The Speak Easy!

Awesome! By far the best Italian cuisine in Fargo Moorhead! The recently remodeled decor gives it a great atmosphere to relax and enjoy happy hour or dinner! Would receommend this restaurant to everyone!

This is a restaurant that has great food but also a great atmosphere! They have great Itailian and American food. The service has always been good and I can go there for a quick lunch or go there for a relaxing supper and then go to the bar for some drinks afterwards. Another great thing about Speak Easy is that it's close by the Safari theater so you can go out to eat and then catch a movie right afterwards or vice versa.
