Our new house had the furnace installed by Comfort Masters. When it was time to finish the basement I called around and couldn't find anyone to supply just parts to add on to the system. I should have called Comfort Masters first. I got parts for the custom made duct cold air supply with no problems at a great price.

I bought a new home with a gas fireplace installed by CM. On testing the fireplace, I heard a loud clanging sound in the fan so I turned it off and called CM to get it fixed. Eventually a man came out to service the unit (I was there the entire time), he said that the factory had installed a clip which left a small chain dangling into the fan which made noise. He said he'd found a few of these.Later, I got a bill from CM for a service call, I wrote and told them what happened; they basically said "too bad" and said I had to pay regardless.I would not suggest their services to anyone.

New owner. The service department is really helpful. They helped me in the middle of the snow storm get my furnace running. They are always there when I need them.

Our furnace stopped working. They sent someone out immediately which was nice, however he was here for 10 minutes (Which cost us $94) and the furnace only worked for about 24 hours after that. We called them again and they sent the guy out again. He ripped the furnace apart and then left. He called later to say that a furnace should never be left open like that but that at least it works for the weekend. (It was Friday afternoon) He never came back. It's been 3 weeks. Our furnace only works here and there and when I call the office to ask what is going on they tell me they don't know. On one of my calls a guy told me that the person that is taking 'care' of our furnace had called in sick and then he said "I don't know if he was out drinkin last night or what." Totally unprofessional. I was apalled.
