Pcfix did a great job getting my HP laptop running correctly again. Mark checked it out and called me to see if I wanted him to fix it. He also said if he put in a little more memory it would really speed it up. It did! No longer looking for a new laptop. Runs like brand new now. Did not cost me an arm and a leg either. 5 stars!!!!!

Big Box store here in Mooresville told me that my Dell laptop's motherboard had gone bad. They were talking $350 plus to repair it. I needed a second option which lead me to PCfix. Mark had me bring it in and he said it was only an issue of a Windows file being corrupt. He replaced the file and it ran great. He only charged $25 bucks. I am one happy camper! I called PCfix after going to a Big Box store where they told me that my hard drive was not repairable. Mark at PCfix was able to get my files and information off the hard drive in less than 30 minutes. He repair the drive and reinstalled it. I thought that I had lost EVERYTHING, but PCfix saved it all. While I was at PCfix I found a used laptop for $100 bucks. Perfect for my kids. I would refer any of my friends to PCfix.
