never call them or buy a new unit from them.i bought one for 3500.00 4 years ago and i still dont have AIR..they told lies after lies on us.only way i could fight was thru court which was going to cost me 1/2 my arm.i think it is sad for them to treat others this way.no one will work on my unit even with a warrenty because they dont know what the ppl did to it & they dont want involved in a dispute.so it sits not being used still and we had to go buy windw units.i hope karma bites them really hard one day and i get to know about it for all they put me thru knowing i am sick...kim and her husband run this place out of their home dont let them fool u into thinking they have 3 business places..nope they do not..when i call they always kids crying in the background & she would say she was home.well anyway if you buy after all i told you dont say u wasnt WARNED. i have all kinds of emails i wish i could post.thank you dp

BEST SERVICE EVER! I have never used this company before, but I had an issue with my heatpump and I called one of the big companies in Charlotte only to be charged an outrageous price for diagnostic and service call only to be told by the technician that my unit was outdated and unrepairable and I would need a new unit "lucky me, he had a salesman with him" I was quoted $12,547.73 for a new, more efficient unit, My husband wanted to get a second opinion and our neighbor told him about Air Energy Experts, from the office to the service Technician, We were very pleased, were we told our unit could be fixed, but is was not very efficient and we could save money buy getting a new unit, we were given a quote for the same product same warranty for $7,328.56 installed, out the door, so we , and we had a install crew at our home the next morning installing our unit, We highly recommend this company and will use them to replace our other two units. Just wanted to say a thank you for what your company & serviceman did for my Mother and I yesterday, I never feel safe leaving her alone with service companies until she told me how GREAT you were to her and how you took the time to explain the repair,cost, and why it stopped working to her and she was even able to explain it to me, that in itself was something to write about.
