Provided by YP.comThis is the worst place EVER, to shop. They treat their customers horribly. The worst ones are the ones in the return area. They act like they don't want to help you. God forbid that you want to make a return AND a purchase. Making a purchase just isn't part of their job description. LMAO....you work in retail, you should know the meaning of customer service. And yet, they don't. I would recommend not shopping at Kohl's or at least going to a different city and shopping at their Kohl's. This one just doesn't care about their customers or job security.
