I went to the lighthouse in moore before they moved to 89th street. There they seemed caring and willing to help with my issues. I had to go to the one on 89th and I found that the staff was pleasant enough. The PA didn't seem to care at all and seemed heartless as to my situation like she could care less. I signed up to start receiving services from them and I would have been better off just to stay at home and keep suffering. All that money wasted just to be treated like trash and neglected.

This is the worst place I have ever been have had to go in for 3 weeks in a row to get a referral for a specialist for bladder issues, still no referral, have recieved no treatment for any issue, have never met Dr. Tutt, does he even exist?? Was told I would never see him that the pa''s tell him what the problem in the he decides what to do without even meeting me, really, then the staff has to be the most rude staff I have every ran across. You can't get anyone to listen to what your medical issue is but the nurse will sure judge you by her medical problems. Run from these people they aren't worth ruining your health over because they are doing that to mine. They need a zero on this scale. or a minus even would be nice.
