It is a pretty setting and nice Ambiance, but staff needs customer service training and the food was blah. Would not return.

We have eaten here for years and tonight was the last.

Last time we were treated rudely by staff so we avoided going for awhile. Tonight we ordered a meal for take-out. They forgot the dressing for the salad. the Carnitas were MUCH hotter than usual (painfully) and the rest was less than mediocre. Not worth the price paid. will try some where else next time.

While the setting may seem nice, the people who work here are the worst I've ever encountered. I couldn't believe how rude the asst. manager was to myself and my family. After waiting over an hour to be seated, they were going to seat a party who had just walked in. We had 6 in our party, they had 8. I have worked in the restaurant business and you seat the people who have been waiting the longest first based on table capacity. When I mentioned that we had been waiting, they didn't see why I was so upset and their response was, well if you don't like it, you can leave. So we did.

One of the best mexican food restaraunts I've ever been to. Locally owned and operated in Monument, it's been around FOREVER and for good reason- the service is super fast (I went with a group of friends and we all got our food under 15 minutes), the staff is super nice (go more than once and they'll remember your name and what you ate last time, seriously!) and the food is AMAZING! (everything is made fresh and homemade and it tastes like it! Definititely try it once and you'll be a fan for life!
