US Cable Corporation, also known as the US Cable Group, is a conglomerate of cable television, telephony, broadband Web hosting, and commercial and residential property development companies. The group has expanded since 2000, acquiring several Internet service providers and forming three new companies. Its two primary companies, US Cable of Coastal-Texas and US Cable of Paramus-Hillsdale, rank as two of the larger multiple system operators in the United States. Combined, they provide cable television and high-speed Internet services to more than 150,000 customers in 10 states. The group s other subsidiaries include Warp Drive and Smart City, both digital communications companies, and US Realty, a property development firm established in 1984. US Cable Corporation was founded in 1975 by several members of its current leadership team. It is based in Montvale, N.J.
