I just tried ordering two pizza's from them. Since the last 4 times we have ordered we have gotten pizzas that are raw in the center, I wanted to remember to tell them to cook it well done. The employee, Warren responded very rudely to my request. He said, "well, if it's burned it is NOT MY responsibility!!" Really, this is how you treat your customers who have remained loyal despite constantly getting undercooked pizzas?? I requested him to cancel my order and asked for his name so that I can contact the manager, which turned into him yelling at me. Sorry, Casey's, Warren has officially cost you our business.
