Run!! Don’t let the price real you in. We took two jet skis one for body repair, recover seats, compression tests and new batteries. Took 20 phone calls months after dropping them off to get skis back. Batteries died soon after, body work started cracking and seat covers looked like a kindergartener did them. We decided to accept it was our fault for not verifying this business. Just took seat cover off that they did last year and felt had to leave a review after seeing the mess. Screwed through our gas tank and used regular staples that were not waterproof. Never even removed 20 yr old seat cover which you can see we’re not rusted compared to their seat one year after are rusted out. Like I said run!!!! Don’t think twice!!!

Shoulda wrote a few years back cause they are always fixin crazy crap on my brothers, father-n-law, and my own boat for years now. We ain't got one darn complaint. We get impatient wantin our boats back overnight it ain't always a easy fix. If there ain't nothin else to fuss about that ain't bad at all if ya ask me.

Update: I had to take my boat to a real shop to get it fixed after these crooks got done with it. They said they would pay for the repairs, but they lied again. RUN AWAY

Do not for any reason use these guys. I had them work on my boat and they could not even tie it up to the dock without tearing it up. They tried to replace the bellows boot and gimbal bearing but my boat was still leaking. I took it to a REAL repair shop where they had to re-do all of the work that these guys did. The bellows boot was not installed correctly, and the gimbal bearing was upside down. RUN AWAY do not use these guys for any reason. They are amateurs and have no idea what they are doing. The whole experience was like dealing with angry little kids. RUN AWAY!!!

I was in great need to be rescued not only was it Sunday but also it was pouring down rain. My boat broke down at Papas on the lake. I called early Sunday afternoon and by my surprise Water toys marine services was open. Come to find out with luck it ended up being a small fixable repair. Only problem was the boat needed to be out of the water, my trailer is in storage a hour away. These guys ran back to the shop got one of their trailers, pulled the boat out, and performed the repair that was needed. Then launched me back into the water and away I went. Astounding, just about left me with no words receiving this style of service. The rain continued never coming to a halt and never heard one complaint. Nevertheless not only was I left with a great impression, as well as impressive kind exceptional service getting the service done right rain or shine. Many thanks to you all!

My sincere gratitude to the whole crew Jason, Little Jason, Taylor, Chad, Justin and the secretary. This is one honest humble hard working bunch of guys that I've seen in a long time. Relieved and not running away.

After coming from another repair/service shop I felt like I was being taken advantage of. To ease my mind I wanted to get a second opinion. I then call Water Toys Marine Services give them the run down of what issues i was having with my boat. I end up bringing my boat to them about a hour later, right away within about 20-30min they fix my boat as I'm standing there. Very cool, easier fix than what I was told. Glad that I got a second opinion. It made my weekend for sure! Thanks guys!

The owner (Jason or Jessica) personally greets each customer, more than willing to answer any and all your questions the best that they can, making each customers experience pleasurable and fast. I've personally sent and will continue to send all my friends and family here and anyone else I can to Water Toys. Every single one of my experiences are positive. Actually not one person that I've sent has had a complaint either. They have even stayed late for me to drop off several times. Honest work and repairs. I'll continue coming back, I truly like this family run business. They are genuinely kind people. Quite frankly I'm tired of being ripped off by these other douches! I highly recommend this business, Keep up the good work Water Toys Marine Services!

They did an ok job, had some problems but said he would fix it

Quality, timely, dependable, & afforadable. These guys can repair almost anything & if they cannot they will find a way. If you have a boat, jet ski, atv, motorcycle, go kart... ANYTHING give these guys a call! I've had Jason work on several toys of mine new & used and not one time have I been let down or disappointed. I will be back seeing him in about a month.

I've been screwed over way to many times so I'm glad to find this place! I called Water Toys Marine Services and set an appointment for the guys to come out for routine maintenance on my 12 year old jet ski. When they arrived, He took a few minutes to inspect my jet ski with me to make sure I did not have any questions or other concerns. They took care of the service promptly and efficiently. Not to mention they came out to me. They were done in a reasonable amount of time & I was riding again in no time. Thanks Jason!
