Absolute rip off!!! I had an online quote for $24.73 and when I dropped it off at this "business" to ship, she quoted me $50.49. When I asked why it was higher than the online quote, she told me that my 13lb. package was being charged as a 25lb. package, due to it's size. Since my online quote was for a slightly smaller box than the one I used, decided to ship anyway because I assumed she was telling the truth.
I get home and decide to get another quote for the actual size box I used and increase the weight to 25lb. IT WAS THE SAME PRICE !!!!!!! I wish I could give them a negative star rating!
Needless to say I will never use this place again and will tell everyone I know to stay far away from them.

I think this store is really getting their act together. The service was fast and accurate. The manager was a real sweet young lady!!
