Descent Chinese food restaurant in the area. Expect some wait time because this place is always packed and they only let you seat in when all people of your group show up.

About the food:
Mongolian Beef- It was the first dish that was served. The taste was great but a bit too flavorful as first dish... I could not taste the Pan Fried Bao after this. I would recommend to eat this toward middle or the end, and eat it with rice.

XLB (Soup dumplings)- it's average, the flavor was good and there's some soup inside the dumplings; but it did not give me the "wow" impression. The staffs did not provide us spoons for this dish.

Beef Wrap- Good, I liked how they put cucumber inside the roll, gave it a refreshing taste in contrast to the beef.

Salt Pepper Fried Pork Chop- I'm not a big fan of this dish, but I tried it. The texture of the pork was very tender. According to my friends to loves fried pork chop, they rated this dish a solid A.

Pan Fried Bao- the presentation looked so good and the sesame of top added crispness to the texture; but unfortunately the dish was a bit lack of tastes (especially we ate it after the Mongolian Beef). I expected there would be some soup inside the bun, but it did not happened.

The business has 3 locations in Monterey Park and there were all close by each other. Parking lot and free street parking available.
