First time and will never go back. Cash only. The noise level was so loud, we were shouting to carry a conversation. Hot as anything in there. Drab, clutter atmosphere. I wanted a salad but didn't like the dressing so I asked for a different dressing and was told "We don't do substitutions". Since when is a different dressing a substitution. It is not going to make it cost more. We were told it's the owner who won't allow the chef to make any changes. I think people must just go mostly for the pizza so no changes are needed. Very poor business management.

Bollini's has some of the most amazing thin crust pizza in all of Los Angeles. Although it's located in an unassuming strip mall in the SGV near the 60 freeway, this place is unbelievable if you want some of the best thin crust pizza you've ever had.



Most people get their order to go because the place is small ... really small. If you have a large party (>4) I would avoid eating in.



All their pizzas are made fresh in the brick wood fire oven and they use the most premium toppings from sweet fennel sausage to succulent shrimp.



I'd recommend getting:



1. Fungi E Tarfutti: Garlic, herb oil, wild mushroom, Fontina, mozzarella, herbs and truffle oil.

2. The Cal Twist: basil pesto, shrimp, sun dried tomato, roasted peppers, mozzarella, herbs and Parmesan.

3. The Cal Bianco: Parmesan, smoked chicken, garlic, herbs, olive oil and basil.
