We ordered a pair of ankle boots for my wife's horse from windgate sadllery. We received an item that was far inferior to the product ordered. After seven days of 2 e-mails and 2 voice mails there has been no response. I called other times but no one ever answered the phone. I would not recommend doing business with this store.
