I took my vehicle here to have it serviced on a Monday. They were busy so they told me to bring it back at 8am the next day. The next day I got a rental car, then dropped my truck off. After waiting all day long, I called them at 4:45 (they close at 5) to see what was going on with my vehicle. I was told they just started the diagnostics, and they need to keep it over night. The next day I rented a vehicle again, and got a call from them at noon saying that the mechanic that was working on my vehicle is working on someone elses and they don't know if they will get it diagnosed that day. NOT happy. I told them I can't afford to keep renting vehicles and I picked my vehicle back up. There was no charge and no paperwork given. Just a tag on my keychain that said "no RO". After leaving the lot, I immediately noticed my vehicle driving different. I do not know what was done to it yet, but it will be investigated. I trusted them with my vehicle, and with my safety. I feel betrayed.

I have been buying cars from Tom Allen even before he came to Monroe and opened Allen Chevrolet Cadillac. That means over 20 years of service and purchasing. When the Monroe location opened I traveled way out of my area to purchase from them. Now I live closer and would not think of taking my business elsewhere. The service and sales staff are great!



A co-worker asked me about there service dept and on my recommendatio, took his car in for service. He was very happy with the service (and his wife was jealous because when it was returned it had been washed)



I recently had to have body shop service done and took my Cadillac there for the repair and was very happy with the results

I was recently looking for a car online and when i did a search i was overwhelmed with all of the results that i found. I found one i liked at Allen Chevrolet and sent an email to Lance Kettinger, i was surprised how fast he responded to me, he set up a time for me to come in and test drive the car. The whole process was painless and very quick. I highly reccomend Lance to anyone who is looking for a car and dont have a lot of time to shop at the dealership!

I recently wrecked my car while in the midst of moving from Alabama to Michigan. Not knowing where to have the car

repaired, I followed the insurance companie's recommendation and had it fixed at Allen's. The were fantastic!!!

My $4000 repair was done in a week, and they provided me with a nearly new Trailblazer while my Explorer was being

repaired. Fast, friendly, and extraordinary quality!!!

Quality body/paint repair unable to see where the repair was fixed. They had my vehicle back to me in a very short time & they gave me a very nice free loaner. It has been 1 year sense the repair and still cannot tell where Allen Chevrolet Cadillac made the repair. I highly recomend you take your vehicle to them.

On Saturday I came in to Allen's Express Oil Change to have a oil change & tire rotation. It was point out to me that i had excessive wear on my two front tires. I was told they have a 30 day guarantee on the price, how much better can it get. I was treated very well & met the owner. I would recommend this dealership to buy tires from.

Bobby Kapp was our salesperson at Allen Chevrolet-Cadillac. He treated my wife and I in a very professional, yet friendly manner. The truck was for my wife and she felt Bobby Kapp was the only salesperson who actually listened to her needs. We highly recommend Mr Kapp to all our friends.

Very please with the repair. My wife & I were in a very bad accident, Allen Chevrolet Cadillac fixed our Lexus just like new.
