Lewin, DPM graduated from BrighamYoung University where he earned his Bachelor of Science. He then earned his DPM at Des Moines University, in Iowa.Followed by an intense three-year foot and ankle surgical residency at Health Alliance Hospital Kingston, NY, where he also received extensive and specialized training in wound care.
