Pros: cheaper 2 bedroom apartments that are pretty decent size . Nice carpet, huge closets! Also this apartment is pet friendly! Just cost a huge pet deposit and monthly pet rent.
*Cons: broken washer and dryer, the clothes don't get washed properly and the dryer doesn't fully dry the clothes. It cost 1.75 for each wash and then the same to dry too so it's WAY over priced, especially since they don't work! When you complain to management nothing gets fixed either.
Also, there's no elevators here , just 3 flights of stairs for people who live on the top floors.
Neighbors have been heard having loud sex, screaming fighting, and the smell of weed has been lingering in the halls.
The air conditioners in the walls only cool off the front room, it doesn't reach the rest of the house. And in the winter the heaters blast with no control of the temp or even an off switch. So it's way to hot.
Then, there's the electrical outlets that zap your hands every time you turn on the light switch, so I'm guessing it's bad wiring.. that's not safe at all.
