Never have any trouble with them. Good service, cheap, and friendly to the uninformed. I dont know anything about glasses, and they were very patient with me.

Was a great experience! Friendly intimate service and no double talk. Felt like a friend and not like just a customer.

Nicholas Norman was a rude employee. We discussed payment of my contacts. I asked twice if I needed to pay, then and he said no twice. I assumed he needed to send the bill to insurance first. He called last minute that day and left a rude message followed by 2 more rude messages while I was working saying " I snuck out without paying". He clearly does not have a decent customer service background or people skills. I remember now why I hadn't been back since 2011. Richard the doctor was great but beware of Nicholas.

I was told my child's glasses would be ready on a Monday. I was unable to pick them up that day so I called the Tuesday after and was informed they were still not ready and they could not provide a time they would be ready. I was told to call back at one to find out when they would be ready. The lady one the phone was extremely rude and even laughed when I requested a specific time they would be ready. During our appointment the doctor made a personal phone call telling my child to hold on and later took a personal phone call asking my child to hold once again. I will not be going back to this establishment.

I needed glasses, I had lost my only pair in the Ocoee river. We had flipped a raft and all of us swam, that's when I lost my glasses. I only had fragments of information, and Norman at Monroe Optical sorted out my problems and I had glasses in no time at a great price. Excellent service and an ability to go the extra mile to solve problems, your local optical chain or Walmart optical would have been dead in the water.
