There was a reason it took nearly two months to get an appointment to clean my carpets: these people are tops. True professionals, gentlemen, tireless workers who are as commited to cleanliness as I am.



They were prompt, efficient, and funny actually. After setting the equipment up, I asked if they minded if I watched. Andy depanned: "didn't they tell you this was only an equipment rental?" Just before I started to burst into tears he let out a laugh that filled the house.



The younger member of the team, Luke, was already busy at getting into the corners and creases while Andy tackled the bane of my existance: the two stairways. They made sure that I was pleased, and asked that I take a very careful look before they left. They would redo any part that did not meet my standards -- but those were surpassed.



They were such an interesting crew that when my husband came home early (in part to ensure I was safe), he and Andy talked for a long time over the observation that my husband is a fellow Marine. From there it went to sports....these are the kind of people you want as your friends. You can trust them, which is critical when strangers show up at your door and there are two of them and one of you.



The carpet looks like new: and they have found another life-long customer. Do not hesitate -- the carpeting was completely dry in only a few hours.
