I would recommend this shop to any and everyone! Mr. Zerbst and his brother were amazing! They did a spectacular job fixing my damage and took lovely care of my family and our needs! His brother met us while the shop was closed to return our car to us! It's a family owned business and that's how he treats his customers, as family! Thanks again guys can't thank you enough! Great job!

I had a traumatic experience with an auto accident I was in and have never had to deal with getting my vehicle repaired by an auto body shop nor knew the steps I needed to take to have my car repaired through my insurance company, but I did know I wanted my baby to go to a reputable shop. A friend recommended Carolina Custom Paint & Body.

When I called, I explained my situation and was immediatly relieved and put at ease. They explained the entire process to me, made arrangements for a rental car to be at the shop for me when I dropped my car off and had it back to me quicker than I thought!! I just dropped my car off, drove away in a clean rental and dropped the rental back off at their shop when I picked up my car!! They did all the paperwork with my insurance company. I didn't have to deal with anyone else. They took care of everything for me!!!! How easy is that!!!
