Provided by YP.comI had a problem with a seat cushion. I was under the impression it was under the warranty. Spoke with the Lisa Collins the warranty department. She was very professional and understanding. And at this point in time it's trying to get the seat cushion repair on the strength of Goodwill through it right. She didn't have to do that she could have just told me it's not covered under the warranty. I like to thank Lisa as well as Berkeley outdoor Marina for their professions. They care about their customers and the quality of their service
