contracted with this store to send items to me here in Fl. I am amazed at the care that Donna put in to packaging my items! thank you!

When I went in to the store yesterday the lady that helped was polite and very patient. Today I called with a question and talked to a man who was very rude. He treated me like I was beneath him and when I made the comment that he should be more respectful to he started screaming a me. So, I hung up. The entire experience was ruined. I will pay the $7 for UPS to pick my package up from now on. This is the first and last time I will deal with this store and all because of one nasty employee.

I needed to ship a package to Maryland. the guy at the counter was not friendly - he was rather rude. he charged me almost $50 to send that box - charge me over $20.00 for a stupid box, 4 pieces of tape and a handful of peanuts. NEVER AGAIN will I use this store.

Donna, Mike, and their daughters offer personality plus with professionalism. We have used their notary services, copying, shipping, graduation invitations, and

calendar creating services over the years. We have been more than pleased. We highly recommend them!!!

I needed to ship 4 tires and i have shipped 4 tires before without any issues and at a very reasonable price. So while I was at work I had my fiance take them to this ups store. I usually dont ship at the ups store I usually ship from the main hub but they are only open from 430 to 530 so it is hard to get there so I figured just take it to the store and use your aaa card for the discount. She took the tires up bundled in pairs they never helped her open the door or lift them up on the scale and when she walked in they said this will be fun. When they weighted the tires and put them in they came back with a billable weight of 152 pounds and a price of $107. There is no way 4 16in tires weights that much and this is just tires without wheels. The total experience was terrible and i would never reccomend this store.
