Hello. I just wanted to let folks know about the outstanding service I received from Bret and the guys at Pansa's Automotive in Momence. I had been to other mechanics in the area who gouged me because of the car I drove, etc. However, I have been treated excellently at Pansa's and found their prices to be more than fair especially compared to a dealership. Pansa's has replaced the engine, rebuilt the front-end, and swapped all the fluids for synthetic in my truck over the last year. Everything has exceeded my expectations...I was shocked when I arrived to check if they had started to remove the engine from my truck. It was completely removed but not like an average garage where the parts are all thrown into a box without too much organization. My Gosh, my truck looked like a surgeon had operated and removed the engine with total precision. All the parts were completely set aside and organized, like I have never seen before. Anyways, they got my truck running great and completely rebuilt the front end and a lot more! I will be a customer of Pansa's Garage for life because they really know how to treat their customers...Thanks Bret and everyone at Pansa's for all your hard work on my truck! Brian Long

Beware of very dishonest business! Owner charged twice the amount that he originally quoted to repair vehicle. When confronted, he and his wife were verbally and physically confrontational. He would not back down and we ended up paying more for a repair than what the vehicle is worth. We are filing a complaint with the BBB today as well. When we left in tears because we cannot afford this dishonesty, the owner and his wife were laughing at us. The biggest clincher for me was when I stated that we were honest, Christian people the wife laughed in or face and replied, "Well that's your problem right there!". Unprofessional, unkind, dishonest and classless describes these people. Please be forewarned and bring your vehicle to Carl Krays who will charge half of what Pansa's will.
