I waited for sometime before I went back to a Dentist, I was ready to get my plan done and over with, a co-worker told me about Secure Dental in Moline IL. From the time I incountered the receptionist I had a good feeling. When I got to the back Mz. Brenda was very professional and she really knew how to work that camera. She made me feel right at home. Now Dr. Kim rocks I say that because he has a sense of humor. Shout out to the billing department I forgot her name.

I have traveled from Wisconsin to this specific location, champaign il, Galesburg IL. I took a half day off of work, drove over an hour to this location and called to say I was running maybe 10/15 mins behind. They canceled my appointment all together, I continued my drive and got my records released. Jackie who took my call and assisted me in the office was beyond RUDE & I will never return again. So thanks Jackie :) for your lack of professionalism, for your lack of respect && for your s*** attitude. And a special thanks to Dr. Kim & Jordyn Cogdill for ALL your professionalism! Maybe open your own office together! I would gladly go to it and recommend everyone! They are the ONLY reason I have been a loyal person to this specific location!

The dentist looked at my tooth for all of 30 seconds and sent me on my way. I was in alot of pain. I will never go back again.

I knew my situation was going to be a bad one when I went into my appointment. I was scared beyond belief as I've NEVER had a good experience at dental appointments. Today that changed with Dr Ma and her assistants Courtney and Trinity. So kind and understood how scared I was. I had to get a root canal then and there. I had NO pain for the whole procedure. First time ever in my life that I wasn't in pain and about to shoot out of the chair. They came up with a good plan for future procedures and they check your insurance first so there will be no surprises. I'm definitely glad I found Dr Ma and staff. I highly recommend this staff. Thank you ����
